Photoshop for the Digital Photographer

Tonight we will begin thinking about the printing process. We’ll follow along in the book between pages 181-205.

Today’s Plan:

  1. We’ll walk over to the PAC to see the faculty and Staff Art Exhibitions.

  2. You’ll see how to change or confirm the color mode you’ve set in your camera.

  3. You’ll get the chance to do an armchair color calibration on these school machines using “Adobe Gamma”

  4. You’ll watch how to download and load a custom profile for a print lab into photoshop in order to print using it.

  5. When you are finished you may go to work completing any of the in-class pdf projects specified in the syllabus and blackboard.

Take 45 minutes and use the book’s directions to guide you.  I’ll be walking around and working to help.
