Photoshop for the Digital Photographer

Tonight we’ll work with some important photoshop CS3 tasks:

1. •Adobe CS3 Bridge
   

2. •Adobe Camera Raw
   

3. •Auto image adjustment
   

4. •Black and White Conversion
   

5. •Resizing
   

6. •Exporting
   

7. •Send to printer(s)
   

8. •Q&A
   

Directions to start:

1. 1.Launch Adobe Bridge CS3 from the start menu.
   

2. 2.Click on “Desktop” and
   

3. 3.Click on “Instructors” folders.
   

4. 4.Find Kennedy.  Click.
   

5. 5.Find “IntroCS3”
   

6. 6.Right click on London_01.jpg
   

7. 7.Open in “Camera Raw”
   

8. 8.Notice that when moving any of the  exposure sliders on the right side what that does to the color histogram displayed at the top right of the screen.
   

9. 9.Click on the “crop” or “straighten” tools to try them out.
   

10. 10. Once finished click “open image” to take it through the photoshop or click done to return it edited to bridge.  Click “open image.”
